Dr Phil BoultonDr Phil Boulton is our principal dentist. Phil was born in Sydney. He grew up in Christchurch, NZ and spent five years studying at Otago University before moving back to Australia. Phil graduated from the new dental program at Griffith University QLD in 2008. Phil has continued to broaden his extensive skills whilst working hands on for QLD health, and then moving into a private practice on the Gold Coast. Phil's genuine passion for dentistry has been the driving force behind his furthered education. His love of dentistry includes educating others, as well as himself with the most modern techniques available. Phil has travelled extensively to the US and North America, to fulfil his passion in implantology and more recently - orthodontics. On a personal note, Phil and Jo relocated to Nambour two years ago to raise their family. They have just welcomed their second little boy Henry into the world. Henry is a younger brother to William. They both look forward to involving themselves within the Sunshine Coast community. |
Dr Christine FarrellyDr Christine Farrelly grew up on the Sunshine Coast, graduating from Siena Catholic College. She completed a degree in Biomedical Science at UQ before graduating from the Griffith Dental School with Honours in 2013. Before joining the team at Gentle Dental she worked for the Royal Flying Doctors Service. As part of the RFDS mobile dental unit she helped provide comprehensive dental care to rural and remote townships. Christine’s passion to learn more about orthodontics and complex restorative treatment drew her back to the Sunshine Coast. Dr Christine knows that not everyone loves coming to the Dentist as much as she does! She will take the time to explain your treatment options in a friendly and relaxed manner.
